Wiliam E. Sipes, 60 of Kansas City, Kansas Died on April 1st, 2024 in KCMO. He was preceded in death by parents William L. and Rosemarie J. Sipes, and brother Jerry Sipes.

William was a 1982 graduate of Bishop Ward High School and attended Emporia State University. He leaves behind a brother Daniel (Barbara) Sipes, sister-in-law Pam Sipes, a sister Jean (Kevin) Steele, a sister, Beverely (Greg) Downs, and nieces and nephews.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
