Pete Veselic, 82 of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away October 12, 2020 at the Sunrise of Lenexa. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, October 15, at 10:00AM at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 708 N. 4th, Kansas City, Kansas. Burial following at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Kansas City, Kansas.
Pete was born June 28, 1938 in Veselici Lipnick, Croatia to Ivan and Bara (Kuzmic) Veselic. He and his lovely wife Barbara came to the United States in 1971 with their boys Ivan and Branko. Pete worked different jobs in maintenance and retired from the Housing Authority in Kansas City, Kansas.
Surviving Pete are wife Barbara, sons Ivan (Mona Moran) and Branko (Mary) Veselic along with grandsons; Ian and Aaron Veselic, granddaughters: McKenzie and Lauren Veselic.
