Kenneth A. Collier, 76, passed away Tues., June 23, 2015, at his home in Kansas City, Kan., with his beloved wife, Dee at his side. Ken's wishes were to be cremated and no services. He was born to Eldon R. and Evelyn Mae (McPhail) Collier on Jan. 27, 1939. He was a veteran of the US Army and had been employed by the Unified Government at Water Pollution for over 20 years.
