Katarina "Kathryn" (Kuzmic) Franklin, 98 of Kansas City, Kansas passed away peacefully on September 14, 2019. A Graveside service will be Saturday, September 21, at 11:00 AM at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Kansas City, KS. Donations may be made to Catholic Communities Hospice or your favorite Charity in Katarinas name. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.skradskifh-kc.com Katarina was born November 7, 1920 in Kansas City, Kansas to John and Julia (Poje) Kuzmic. She was an avid fan of contests and WINNING! Katarina loved playing cards, board games and going to the Casino! She is survived by her three children; Robert Franklin Kansas City, KS, Benjamin Franklin, Jr MD (Gail) Topeka, KS and Nancy Hartbeck (Jerry) St. Peters, MO, Grandchildren: Brian & Jennifer Davis-Davenport, Emily Franklin & Kenley Kidd, Julia & David Creal and Matt & Bonnye Hartbeck, Three Great Grandchildren; Kristin Hartbeck, Judah and Finley Davenport.
