Judith Ann Leihsing

Judith A. (Schmitz) Leihsing, 83 of Kansas City, Kansas a lifelong resident, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, April 13, beginning with Visitation at 9:30AM to 10:30AM and Memorial Service following at Skradski Funeral Home, 340 N 6th, Kansas City, Kansas with burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery also Kansas City, Kansas.
She leaves behind her sons, Martin and Kenneth A. Leihsing, grandsons Jeremy R. Leihsing, Robert J. Lowe and a great granddaughter Yamarie Lowe of New York. Judith attended Wyandotte High School and graduated in 1957. She loved to read and gardening.

Judith was born to Mathias A. and Rose Marie (Subelka) Schmitz February 7, 1939. She married Earnest M. Leihsing September 7, 1957, her husband of 63 years who passed away November 23, 2020. Her brother Donald J. Schmitz and Rosalie J. Goebel preceded her in death. She also leaves behind her sisters, Sylvia M. Stegman and Valerie L. Soptick, many nieces and nephews and family and friends.
