Edwin W. Bartlett, 93, passed away March 11, 2016. Visitation will be held from 10:30-11am Thursday, March 17th followed by a prayer service at 11am at 340 N. 6th St., Kansas City, KS 66101. Interment will be at Leavenworth National Cemetery.
