Diane Bahr

Diane (Lohr) Bahr, 67 of Kansas City, Kansas, passed away Wednesday,
November 22, 2017 at KU Medical Center. Visitation is Monday November
27th from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Cathedral of St. Peter, 416 N. 14th,
Kansas City, KS., with Mass of Christian Burial, Tuesday November 28th
at 10:00AM. In lieu of flowers family wishes donations be made to
Childrens Mercy Hospital or the Human Society of Greater Kansas City.
Diane was born Dec. 31, 1949 in Kansas City, Missouri to Louis and
Mildred (Fisk) Lohr. She was a graduate of Bishop Ward High School.
Diane married Mickey on January 2, 1971, and raised four children;
Jason, Julie, Amy and Adam. Family meant the world to her, especially
her eight grandchildren. What brought her the most joy was watching
her older grandchildren compete in a variety of sporting events. This
past year she was able to enjoy many days entertaining the youngest
two grandchildren who brought so much joy and happiness into her life.
Preceding Diane were her parents, Daughter and Son-in-law, Julie and
Jim Kostelac. Surviving are husband of 46 years, Michael "Mickey"
Bahr, three children; Dr. Jason (Rebecca) Bahr, Amy Bahr, children,
Andrew and Samuel Pendergast, Adam (Kristy) Bahr, children, Peyton,
Hunter, Trenton, Kobe and Easton along with Maddie Kostelac.
