Constance T. Novak, 61 passed away June 9, 2017. Visitation will be 5-7 pm Friday, June 16 at Skradski Funeral Home, 340 N. 6th, Kansas City, Ks where rosary will be prayed at 6:30 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be 9:30 am Saturday June 17th at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 708 N. 4th St., Kansas City, KS. Burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Greater Kansas City Humane Society.
Constance was born October 17, 1955 in Kansas City, KS to Edward M. and Emily J. Novak. She graduated from St. John the Baptist grade school and Bishop Ward High School. Constance began her federal career with HUD in 1973. She retired from EPA in 2011 with 38 years of service.
Constance was very proud of her Croatian Heritage. She was an original member of the St. John Tamburitza orchestra. Constance traveled to Yugoslavia/Croatia three times with the Tamburitzans. She loved her dogs Pickles and Bart. She is survived by her brother Charles Novak and several cousins. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.skradskifh-kc.com.
