CAROL M. NASTAV 1919 - 2015 Carol M. (Krznaric) Nastav, 95, passed away Friday, Feb. 27, 2015 at Garden Terrace Nursing Care Center. The Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Tues., March 3rd at Christ the King Catholic Church, with burial to follow in the Mt. Calvary Mausoleum. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 PM Mon.,March 2nd at Skradski Funeral Home with the Rosary at 6:30 PM. The family suggests donations to Christ the King Church. Carol was born Nov. 17, 1919 in Zaluka, Croatia to Peter and Ljubica (Crnic) Krznaric. She came to the United States in 1949 and worked at Youth Craft Co. for over 38 years. She was a member of Christ the King Solos and the Croatian Fraternal Union. Preceding her in death was her husband, Stanley in 1996; one brother and two sisters. She is survived by nieces and nephew; Dragica Jambrosic, Ljubica Grdinovac and Nikola (Ljubica) Krznaric; great niece and nephews Dragica (Adam) Novosel, Josip (Anna) Grdinovac and Rude (Sandra) Grdinovac; Stepsons: Stanley (Marilyn) Nastav and Dennis Nastav; grandson Jay Nastav; great grandchildren, MacKenzie and Alexander; and many other nieces and nephews in Kansas City, Croatia and Canada. The family would like to thank the staff at Garden Terrace for all the kind and compassionate care Carol received in her final years of life.
