MAYDELLE WHITEHEAD, 92, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015 at her home in Olathe, KS. Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 1, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Skradski Funeral Home, 340 N. 6th St., KC, KS., where a Prayer Service will be held at 6:30 PM. Burial will follow the next day from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at Mount Zion Cemetery in Steele, MO. Maydelle was born Nov. 17, 1922 to Henry and Flora (Vaughn) Arnold in Hundington, TN.
She was preceded in death by her parents; three sons and one daughter; and husband, Woodrow
Surviving are her ten children: Jennie Duncan, Nettie Ward, Della Freeman, Joyce Sellers, Loretta Whisnant, Jim Whitehead, Randy Whitehead, Regina Hughes, Alverta Sawyers, and Donna Hutson; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.
