Margaret C. Heath, 87, passed away March 21, 2017. Visitation will be 4:30-7 pm Thursday, March 23rd at Christ the King Church, 3024 N. 53rd St., KCK. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am Friday at Christ the King Church. Interment will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions to Christ the King Church or Great Lakes Hospice.
Margaret was born February 23, 1930 in Kansas City, KS. She was a graduate of Bishop Ward High School. Margaret married Robert Heath in 1950 who survives of the home. She is also survived by her children, Mark Heath (Sherry), Karen Hunter (Roger) and Joe Heath (Peg); grandchildren, Buck Heath, Drew Hunter (Marci), A.J. Heath (Jamie), Austin Hunter (Cheryl); great grandchildren, Hannah, Abbie, Hayden and Harper. Margaret was preceded in death by her mother, Sophie (Kostusik) Harris; a sister, Gerry Jennings. Margaret coached girls basketball, track and softball at Christ the King. She enjoyed her Saturday nights at the casino. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.skradskifh-kc.com
